Increase Your Vertical Exercise

Alright – I’m back from a short break here and today I found a new exercise to help you get the hops you’ve been always dreamed of.
It’s called hip flexion and it’s a great way to increase your vertical fast. Here’s a video demonstration on how to perform this powerful exercise-
